Support Groups

Cancer Support groups provide opportunities for people affected by cancer (and in many cases family, carers and friends) to regularly meet and share their experiences in a welcoming and supportive environment. Support Groups meet at hospitals or community health centres to discuss the impacts of diagnosis, treatment and survivorship.

We encourage you to contact support group leaders to ensure the group is right for your needs. Please see below for support groups in the Barwon South West region, or view the Barwon South West Region Cancer Support Group Brochure, which contains more detailed information.
