These pathways have been developed by the Cancer Council to explain the steps you should expect so you receive the best possible care.
A cancer support group is a group for people who have been affected by cancer. They are often dealing with a current diagnosis, are survivors of cancer or are living with metastatic cancer. They meet on a regular basis to help each other, discuss shared experiences and learn more about the disease and how to manage it. The group may be chaired by a member trained in support group facilitation or by a health professional.
